Order Process:

• Prices include VAT and any other required duties or taxes.
• Prices are valid on the day they are offered on the website and the day the order is placed.
• The business reserves the right to refuse orders in case of serious breaches by the customer.
• Mingei cannot be held to pricing errors that are obvious mistakes due to input, setting, or printing errors.

Availability:

• The online catalog is regularly updated, but information may not always be complete or up-to-date.
• The business is not liable for non-availability of products.

Payment Methods:

• Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard.
• Payments must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped.
• All transactions are securely processed to protect customer information.
• Payment can also be made via Bancontact/Mister Cash.

Shipping:

• Items are shipped within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• If you live locally, you can arrange to pick up your order at the studio by appointment.

Custom-Made Items:

• Custom-made items (specific length, color, or size) cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are not allowed. Customers must return the item for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) and then place a new order.

Jewelry Repair:

• Items with construction faults can be returned for repair within 1 month of purchase.
• Customers must send a photo of the issue for evaluation before returning the item.
• Repairs after this period will incur charges. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Care Instructions:

• Jewelry should be protected from chemicals and water.
• Avoid wearing jewelry in the pool or shower.
• Store jewelry in a bag in a drawer to prevent oxidation.

Durability:

• Jewelry is handcrafted to be strong and durable.
• Mingei is not responsible for damage due to dropping the jewelry.

Liability:

• Mingei is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or purchase of products, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
• Mingei is not responsible for delays or lost packages once handed to the delivery service.

Intellectual Property:

• All content on the website, including images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Mingei and cannot be used without permission.

Force Majeure:

• Mingei is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Returns:

• Mingei is not responsible for damaged returns or lost/stolen packages.
